We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee, Remote surcharge or customs delayIf the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer s refusal to pay the above fees, wewould NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the returnand resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
