Warranty Policy

1.Warranty
12 months from arriving date, without any damage by users(Tire and shell that can be easily damaged by users are not in warranty scope)

2.Nearby after-service
We have some after-service stations in U.S.A,Germany,Spain,France,England,Russia
...,it is best if customer can service nearby by bringing or sending broken parts to the nearest after-service stations.

3.Accumulate after-service
If customer can repair by himself we can send 1% free spare parts,but customer must send the broken parts back to us for testing and avoid repeated after-service by using the same broken parts;for regular purchase if customer can accumulate a certain amount for broken-down parts and then send back to us together,when we test it is our problems we can send new parts to customer,bear the double freight charges and return back the prepaid freight charge to customer,customer need to provide the shipping and freight charge receipt;for those customers who order above 2000pcs per month we can send the spare parts first then customers still need to send the broken parts to us.

4.Defective rate
Within 1%,we can send 1% free spare parts;if more than 3% we can do according to the point 3 above.

5.If customer do not need after-sales service we can provide 1% machine spare.
