2.Q: How is the production ability?
A: We have 8 production lines,monthly capacity 80,000 pieces LED light. 80%
of them are sold to oversea. We got the professinal R&D team to develop new
products for our customers. There are new products launched almost every
month to make sure you are the first one to know it on local market.
3.Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Sample order will be shipped within 3 working days after payment
received, 7 to 25 working days for bulk order.
4.Q: What kinds of package can you provide?
A: Normally we provide with blank box or colour box for your optional.
Customized box is acceptable.
5. Q: You said we can use our own logo in the light? What's the MOQ if we wanna do this?
A: Yes, we have a laser machine that can engrave any simple logo or words on
the aluminum body of the light . the MOQ is 200pcs for each model.
6. Q: Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?
A: No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Please contact us and we
will email you a brochure, guiding you how to ask for warranty for the
defective products.
