Q1: Why don't you supply free sample?
A1: We used to supply free sample before, but it's a big cost for a factory in the long run.
We now always charge the sample, but when you place a bulk order, we will refund you.
Q2: Can I place a small order or a trial order?
A2: Yes, it's our honor. If we have these products in stock, we can send them to you by express or other shipment methods you want. If we don't have in the warehouse, it will take some time.
Q3: Can I mixed products in a full container?
A3: Yes, you can mix different sizes of tubes and flaps in a full container.
Q4: What's your quality guarantee?
A4: Our tyre inner tube and flap reach ISO 9001-2008 quality standard.
