But the assembly and disassembly of the solid tire to the rim needs to be done by a press. To ensure the safety and accuracy of the installation process, the following rules should be followed:

1.Inspection of tires and rims

First, check that the tires and rims match. That is whether the rim can match the tire. The same tire size can be used with different rim widths. This is a step to confirm this before installation. Rim inspection includes rim defects and burrs. If there are burrs, they must be polished first, otherwise the hub will be damaged, which will seriously affect its installation and use.

2.In order to install the tire on the rim smoothly, the friction between the rim and the tire must be reduced. During installation, the outer surfaces of the hub and rim should be sprayed and lubricated. Lubricants can be selected from ordinary soapy water, washing powder water, etc. The use of special lubricants for tires is conditional, but ordinary lubricants such as grease cannot be used. Because they can expand the rubber and damage the tire.

3.When the tire is placed on the rim, it cannot be tilted, otherwise it will be difficult to install. Otherwise the wheel will swing, the rim must be installed in place, and the bolts must be tightened, otherwise the slip ring or tire rim separation will cause danger.

4.According to the ETRTOEDI standard, when the tires are loaded into the vehicle, they must be concentric. If the tires are made by different manufacturers, they cannot be mounted on the same vehicle or on the same axle. Can not be mixed with pneumatic tires, otherwise it is easy to cause accidents.
