Warranty Rules

Please keep warranty card and receipt as proof of purchase. All damages and fault caused by materials and Chuangxin self-balancing scooter's quality, we will provide after sale service as following:

1)  The Chuangxin self-balancing scooter(except battery and consumables) will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of purchaser's purchase.
2)  Battery will be warranty for half a year since the date of purchase, inside tyers and out tyers are consumables, will be warranty for one month.
