Product description:

   The MEMS carbon monoxide gas sensor uses a MEMS process to fabricate a micro-hot plate on a Si-based substrate. The gas-sensitive material used is a metal oxide semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When there is a detected gas in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensor changes. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. Using a simple circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.

Carbon monoxide gas leak alarm for household use, industrial carbon monoxide gas alarm, portable carbon monoxide gas detector, etc.
