It is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System)
technology. It is a high-stability, high-precision OEM pressure measurement core. The external
pressure is transmitted to the sensitive element through the 316L stainless steel diaphragm and
the internal filling silicone oil. It can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with
316L stainless steel.
Each sensor has been strictly compensated for zero and full temperature before leaving the
factory to ensure measurement accuracy in complex environments.
This series adopts a sealed gauge pressure structure and provides medium and high pressure
ranges such as -1-700bar.
