1. Before installing the air spring, check its model, specification and configuration, and meet the design requirements.
2. The air spring with inner sleeve should pay attention to make the direction of the inner sleeve consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and the hinge rotation plane of the hinged air spring should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
4. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the installation difference of the air spring through the deformation of the air spring, so as not to affect the normal function of the air spring, reduce the service life, and increase the load of the piping system, equipment and supporting parts.
5. During the installation process, the welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the casing, and the casing is not allowed to be damaged by other machinery.
6. After the piping system is installed, the yellow auxiliary positioning parts and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the air spring should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device should be adjusted to the designated position according to the design requirements, so that the piping system has sufficient capacity under ambient conditions. air spring capacity.
7. All moving parts of the air spring shall not be stuck by external parts or restrict its range of movement, and ensure the normal operation of the moving parts.
