1.Forged by material 20CrMnTi2.Twice heat treatment and twice forged improve the precision of the gear surface,to largen the contact area of planet gear surface&side gear surface, to average contact pressure better and to lessen the noise.
3.Carburizing by multi-purpose furnace with even hardness layer,to lessen the deformation of gear surface and to increase the gears with long service life.
4.Forged by material 20CrMnTi -Carburized by multi-purpose furnace-Machined by CNC to ensure the precision of the spider ( machined tolerance within 0.015-0.03mm )and to avoid the wear and tear with pinion gears before installation.
