The Gear Transmission Divsion of CRRC Qishuyan Institute is mainy engaged in the research, development and industrialization of gear transmission systems. After more than 60 years of development and accumulation, it has won several national, provincial and ministerial scientific research awards.Through independent innovation and introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation,it has the comprehensive capbilities of multi-disciplinary and multi-professional integration of R&D , production, and testing, and has the ability to provide customers with personalized system slutions.
The main products include the gear transmission system of the EMU, the gear transmission system of the diesel locomotive, the gear transmission system of the electric locomotive, the gear transmission system of the subway urban rail train, the gear transmission system of wind power generation, the geartransmission system of industrial machinery, etc, which are exported to the United States and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Japan and other countries. The Gear Transmission Division covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters and has more than 350 sets of equipment, including 15 machining centers, 3 turning centers, 16 CNC lathes, 20 precision grinders (including 8 CNC), 26 sets of CNC forming gear grinding machines, 3 sets of gear detectors,2 sets of three-coordinate detectors, 3 sets of gear box comprehensive performance test benches, 11 sets of pit carburizing furnaces, 7 sets of muli-purpose furnaces, 3 sets of nitriding furnaces, induction furnaces 2 machine tools and 1 quenching press. The equipment has a complete variety and a wide range of processing.lt can process and test internal and external gears with a maximum outer diameter of 2500m, a modulus of 45mm, and precision of AGMA 14-13 or DIN 3962 stadard 3-4. With a prodution capacity of 40,000 gears and more than 10,000 sets of gearboxes,it has built a domestic first-class and world- advanced gear transmission system industrialization base.
