In 2008, we started our own design of wind turbine gearboxes, and in 2009, we signed a cooperation agreement with the British company ROMAX to jointly develop wind turbine gearboxes, formally entering the wind turbine gearbox industry.
Our wind turbine gearboxes are designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with IEC 61400-4 (ISO 81400-4) and German GL wind turbine certification specifications. Careful design in terms of gear carrying capacity, bearing life, lubrication design and structure of key components has significantly improved their durability and reliability. Our company has a number of independent intellectual property rights and innovative technology, technical performance indicators have reached the "domestic leading, international advanced" level.

The company has more than 350 sets of various types of equipment, including 15 machining centers, 3 turning centers, 16 CNC lathes, 20 precision grinding machines, and 26 CNC forming grinding machines. The annual output of more than 50,000 gears of various types and more than 10,000 sets of gear transmission system industry scale. It has 9 sets of world-class gear carburizing and quenching equipment, 3 sets of medium frequency induction quenching equipment, 1 set of ion nitriding equipment, 1 set of salt bath nitriding equipment, and has system auxiliary equipment such as cleaning machines, air cooling tables, and slow cooling pits.
We have built up a platform covering 1.XMW-10.XMW doubly-fed and semi-direct drive wind gearbox products.
Our products have been put into use in many wind farms in Liaoning, Hebei, Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Shandong, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangdong and other provinces. The total number of installed units exceeds 2,000 and is in good working condition.
