A:rear drive hub motor's OLD size is 135mm,front drive hub motor's OLD size is 100mm
2.Q:Can you tell us your motor suitable wheel size you request?
A:Most of our hub motor suitable wheel size from 20inch to 28 inch,We usually provide the widthis 1.75-2.125 rim.If snow e-bike hub motor and big power hub motor for fat bike,with width is 4.0 rim or other size are available for us.You can choose single layer rim or doube layer rim.
3.Q:What kind of motor cable's connector ?
A:You can choose common cable connector or waterproof cable connector .Yes, the waterproof cable connector is higher cost than normal cable connector
A:If you buy battery from other suppliers,please note battery connector to match with controller.
5.Q:How muach your max loaded speed?
A: Generally , we make the motor's max load speed is 25km/h,if you want customized load speed which is available for us
6.Q:Can you accept sample order ?
A: sample order is available for us,you can try to test quality.100% in advance for payment
A:please tell us voltage/power/speed/wheel size/colour for hub motor,spoke,rim/front or rear;We will recommend suitable hub motors for you.

9.Q:How about your lead time?
A:if sample,motor is 10-15days,ebike kit is 25-30days;if orders,motor is 15-20days,ebike convension kit 30days according to quantities and requirements.
