The main products have the following characterisics:
1.This series gearbox is designed according to the standard of JB/T9050.1-1999. The gears are made of high strength alloy steel.
2.The product was improved on the basis of the SZ series,the distribution box and tranimission box were ingrated design,with the advantage of beautiful appearance ,compact structure ,convenient installation and debugging and so on.
3.The gear goes through the process of carburizing quenching heat hardening and gear grinding to achieve the precision of grade 6 with high carry capacity ,high tranimission efficiency, and low noise.
4.Material of box is made of ductile iron with high quality,after casting full stress, high intensity of the box body,beautiful appearance.
5.All high-quality skeleton oil seal,oil seal and mechanical seal with double seal of high speed shaft, oil leakage rate is low.
6.With external forced lubrication and brazed plate heat exchanger,lubrication system of high reliablity, low operating temperature, convenient daily maintenance.
