SZL series gearbox is a special mechanical transmission equipment and conical double screw plastic extruder. This product was improved by the SZ cone based on double series, distribution cas and gearbox integrated desin, has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation and debugging.
The main characteristics:
1.gear is made by high strength and high quality alloy steel, carburizing quenching after precision grinding, precision level is above 6 (GB/T 10095-2001), large capacity, high efficiency, low noise.
2.material of case is made of ductile cast iron with high quality, after casting full stress, high intensity of the case body.
3.all high-quality skeleton oil seal, oil seal and mechanical seal with double seal of high speed shaft, oil leakage rate is low.
4.with external forced lubrication and brazed plate heat exchanger,lubrication system of high reliability, low operating temperature, convenient daily maintenance.
