1. R&D Team: 109 persons in total, one professor and one PD.
2. Professional Design Experience: We have built a series of model base of air intake system, and we can select the appropriate product structure, material formula, molding process model according to the customer vehicle model and working condition requirements,the production of products can meet the application environment of - 55~250 ºC, we can supply assembly parts to customer.
3. Complete Making Process: rubber extrusion shaping process, mold shaping process, hand-wrapping shaping process, blow molding process(2D blow molding,3D blow molding), plastic injection process.
4. Powerful Ability for Validation: We own PVT, LMS system facility for validation and so on, and we can realize fatigue experiment of durable product verification.
5. Engineering Design: Autocad ,Pro/E,Catia,UG ,Solidworks;
6. Analysis Capability: CAE limited unit , ABAQUS and DFM/DFA other analysis means.
