FAQ1. Q: Can I get samples? How long do you make sample?
A: Yes, samples are available for you to check quality. 1-3days, free time and busy time to different.
2. Q: Do you have products in stock?
A: Mostly No. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.
3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: 7-10 days for sample,15 days for MOQ. It usually takes about 21 working days to finish an order like 40HQ container. Exact delivery time to be confirmed by further communication.
4. Q: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Internal inspection adopted, including IQC(Incoming Quality Control), IPQC(Input Process Quality Control), OQC(Output Quality Control). Third party inspection is welcomed.
5. Q: Can I put my own LOGO on the products?
A: Yes. You can put your own LOGO on the products and also for the packing.
6. Q: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customer's OEM is welcome, we have plenty experience in OEM developing.
7. Q: What's your warranty terms?
A: Different warranty for different products. Contact with us for detailed warranty terms.
8. Q: Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?
A: Surely, you will receive the goods as confirmed. We are looking for long term business instead of one time business. Mutual trust and double wins are what we expect.
9. Q: Can we use our own shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperate with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and service.
10. Q: Your port of shipment?
A: Ningbo port, Shanghai port, or other China ports.
11. Q: Can I visit your factory? How can I go?
A: Our factory address is: Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. Wuxi airport is the nearest airport. Or you can come by high speed rail to Wuxi directly. We warmly welcome clients to come to our factory for visit and cooperation.
