1-) this laser welding machine is used for welding the square aluminum battery shell and the end cover to achieve the function of
battery sealing.
The system adopts the way of manual loading and unloading, through the way of rotating the two-station rotary table, saving more
loading and unloading time, making rational use, and improving the capacity.
2-) after the battery is input from the rotary plate to the welding station, the laser head moves in a straight line along the
housing position driven by the servo motor.Even on the cover plate and shell welded together.
3-) after welding one side, transfer to the other side through the manipulator to weld the other side.
