Because Samhar double-layer impact mill have a unique pulverizing structure, which overcomes the problem that the specific gravity of the drug powder is small and is not easy to be pulverized, the fineness and uniformity of the powder obtained by the Samhar double-layer impact milling are good. The powder is crushed by multiple hammers and ring gears in the long and narrow channel, and the classification efficiency is high, so the powder has good fineness, no coarse particle pollution, high output and low energy consumption, and can be applied to high-end powder. The series works well.

The principle of grinding is more advanced
The hammer head not only can pulverize the powder itself, but also acts as a fan to rotate the wind flow to form numerous powerful eddy currents. This has three advantages. Can cool and pass hot air
For heat sensitive materials, cooling system can be used for cooling to ensure that the temperature inside the chamber is kept within a certain range to ensure that the material properties are not mutated and do not change color.
