>> Description:
The grinding dust collector uses the filter cartridge as the filter element, with high air volume, high efficiency, low pressure and low resistance. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, compact structure, high emission standards, small occupation space, low investment and low operating cost.
>> Working Principle:
The air with dust enters into the dust collector through the air inlet, first of all, pass through the rectifying plate, and the air with dust is uniformly dispersed around the filter cartridges. Under the various effects of the filter cartridge, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The purified air is pass through the cartridge filters and exhaust out through the cabin. As the use time increases, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually increases, the air permeability of the filter cartridge becomes weakened, and the resistance of the dust collector is continuously increased. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within a limited range, a signal is sent from the pulse controller to sequentially open the pulse valve, so that the compressed air is sprayed from the spray pipe to the corresponding filter cartridge, causing an instantaneous air expansion in the filter cartridge. The dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is shaken off and enters the dust collecting hopper.

Filter cartridge: Φ325*900mm, 110pcs of folders, ensure the filtration effect.
-Filter bag: Φ133*1000mm, Φ133*1500mm, Φ133*2000mm and Φ133*2500mm is optional, made of polyester material, 500g/m2, 1.80mm thick.
-Cage for filter bag: Made of galvanized steel, painted with powder coating, water-proof.
-Filter cartridge and dust stopping plate is connected by snap fastener, quick and convenient disassembly, significantly shorten maintenance time, easy to install and repair.
-YDW centrifugal circulation fan, moderate air capacity and air pressure.
-High pressure air tank is made of high quality round carbon steel, used for fill in the high pressure air from air compressor.
-Moderate pulse valve(1 inch, 1.5 inch or 2 inch), control the jet pulse for filter bag or filter cartridge.
-Digital controller: Electrical components are all quality ensured(Delixi or Chint, Simens and Schneider is optional).
-High pressure air inlet: Equip with quick connector, easy to connect the air compressor's air tank to equipment.
