Application scope:
This Automatic Bearing Dismounting Press is applicable for dismounting the wheelset rolling bearings of different types of railway rolling stocks. Only one operator is required to complete all the operations.

Structure & features of the Railway Bearing Demount Press:
The Double Cylinder Wheel Bearing Press Machine is mainly composed of main frame, left/right main cylinders, dismounting claw devices, wheelset lifting device, receiving device, push wheel device, locking device, hydraulic system, measuring and electrical control system etc.
- Automatical dismounting both end bearings simultaneously.
- Automatical dismounting single end bearing separately.
- Manually complete the dismounting as per the working steps. (used during maintenance and commissioning).
- Automatic dismounting under non-load (used in test run).
- Veto for wrong input and incorrect operation.
- The press adopts on-line passing-through arrangement, the wheelset can be pushed out automatically after the bearing is dismounted.
- The press adopts left and right independent valve group for dismounting, ensuring left and right separation dismounting, without left and right string motion and, mutual influence.
- The dismounting mechanism can automatically align with the axis of the wheel set accurately, which is suitable for different wheel diameters.
- The dismounting claw hooks the bearing back cover from above to dismount the bearing. For different types of bearing, only need to change the dismounting pull plate.
- Siemens S7 PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the operation.

Service provided for the Horizontal Wheel Bearing Press:
1) Hubei Heqiang can provide the service of installation, commissioning, test, training, maintenance and after-sale service etc.
2) The warranty period will be one year (or as per required) from the date of final acceptance qualified.
3) During the warranty, we will be responsible to repair or replace any damaged component caused due to the machine quality at our cost. The warranty of the replaced parts will be one year from the date of replacement.
4) After the warranty period, we will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts service.
5) We will provide upgrade of the control software.
6) The after-sale service includes all aspects, such as mechanical, hydraulic, electronic control, operation, training, software upgrade, etc.
7) We will keep sufficient stock of the basic spare parts.
