1. Excellent micro cleanliness
Undesirable inclusions or voids in the wheel material can cause subsurface cracks under severe wheel loading. As a result, ultrasonic testing standards have been revised to be more stringent in North America to prevent defects in truck wheels.

2. Technology Development
We are constantly working on research and development to contribute to the railway industry with new products that meet today's needs. A typical example is the "new corrugated (HT Corrugated) wheel", which has excellent anti-tread braking by combining the concept of "corrugated board is stiffer than flat board and can be thinner than flat board" with "HT (High Toughness) wheel" Capability of heating effect.
High Toughness (HT) Wheels
We have developed world-leading High Toughness (HT) wheels that are immune to the thermal effects of tread braking and are not affected by changes in residual stress.
New (HT) Corrugated Wheel
The new (HT) corrugated wheel was developed based on the same concept as the high tenacity wheel.
It combines light weight and brake heat resistance.
Noise reduction wheel
Noise-cancelling wheels reduce squeaks on curved tracks thanks to damping attachments.
