4. How to connect the controller and compressor to the vehicle?
The compressor is connected to the engine through the belt, and the controller is connected to the vehicle battery through the wire.
5. What is included in the package?
Condenser, evaporator, controller, hose, controller, installation kit.
6. Is it OK to use AC220V/AC380V power to cool the refrigeration unit?
Yes, we have a backup system for the truck refrigeration unit to cool in backup mode when the truck engine is off; please consult our sales staff for more details about the product.
7. What is your warranty on refrigeration units?
We will provide a two-year warranty on all units. During the warranty period, we will provide spare parts free of charge; outside the warranty period, spare parts will be provided for the life of the product.
8. What are the minimum order quantity and delivery time for refrigeration units?
We can accept samples before bulk purchase, so the MOQ is 1 set; our sample delivery time is 1-3 days after payment, and 1~2 week for bulk purchase.
