A. Our factory is located in Tian Jin City, China. Our nearest port is Tianjin port.
Q2. Can I get a sample before bulk order? 
A. we can make sample for you according to your request and send to you by express ,after you receiving it and satisfied with our bike, we will start mass production, in this way, it won't delay the mass production time and you will also save the sample fee.
Q3. What is the warranty?
A. The warranty for quick-wear parts is half a year, for non-wearable parts is one year.

Q6. What is the payment terms?
A. Usually, we request 30% by T/T in advance,balance to be paid before shipment,or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight. We also accept payment to be transferred through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
