1. Q: Can we use our Logo and what about the colour?
A: Yes. We can produce bike with your logo and sticker, and we can paint as your requirement.
2.Q: What payment do you accept?
A: In general, our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% will be paid before delivery.
3. Q: About the delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is Within 20 days after receive 30% deposit. But the exact time is according to actual situation.
4. Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes. For colour, logo, design, package, carton mark and etc,we can manufacture according to your requirement.
5. Q:Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
6. Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
7.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
