The Solar powered Planar Array Self-luminous Traffic Sign is a new innovation of the traffic safety industry. it combines micro-level reflective materials, solar energy, Circuit voltage drop technique, light control technology, LED photoelectric technology and Internet of Things application technology. According to the different traffic situations, our Solar Powered Planar Array Self-luminous Traffic Sign designed into two different modes. One is Full-reflective Self-luminous Traffic Sign, the other is Transflective Self-luminous Traffic Sign.
Full-reflective Self-luminous Traffic Sign: The whole signboard (the bottom plate , the text , the pattern and the frame) can emit light. Usually used as small traffic signs .Such as speed-limited signs, prohibitory signs and Safety signs for road construction,etc.
Transflective Self-luminous Traffic Sign: Part fo the signboard (the text and frame and pattern can emit light, the bottom plate don't). In this way , it can maxmumly show the text infos. Usually used as huge traffic signs, such as overhead direction road sign.
Product Features
1. Using patented light guiding technology, it converts the SMD LED light bar into planar array light, and forms the warning pattern or guiding text. The light is quite bright but not vertiginous. The visual recognition distance reaches up to 400 meters.
2. Compared to the dot matrix lighting technology, the planar array illuminating sign directly shows the warning pattern or text, rather than destroying the integrity of the pattern or text, thus the signs can be seen much clear and stable.
3. Multiple working modes for all weather. The planar array Self-luminous Traffic Sign still use 3M diamond lever reflective sheeting. which means when there is enough light or during daytime, the traffic sign can work as a normal traffic sign . and when the nightime come or bad weather like rainy, foggy or hazy happen, the traffic sign will start working and give out light.
4.The luminous intensity can be adjusted. Within the built-in CPU, the brightness level of each sign can be adjusted through software to meet special use or save energy. (For example, turn the street sign to the maximum brightness during foggy day, or automatically reduced the brightness after 12 o'clock,etc.
