Battery machine top sealing machine for lithium battery production
1. Working principle
It adopts thermal conductivity used on lithium battery packing materials (Aluminium-plastic film), heating it to make it jointing together. The resistance heating pipe transfer the heat source to sealing head (special made from Copper), then transfer it to aluminum-plastic film under press. The temperature can be adjusted and kept by thermocouple and thermostat.
2. Feature
1. It can be used for different types of batteries, easy adjustment(only need to adjust or change the sealing head)
L Upper and under sealing head are driven by cylinder and guided by two linear bushing, flexible, accurate, ensure the sealing meet the requirement.
L Control the pressure regulating valve to meet different technology requirement.
