Production procedures:
Go throughing nickelclad cutting, carbon dioxide welding, bending then welding the parts: Using auto mamching welding robort for leveling of the welding without breakpoint and inclusion-free, incase broken or get rusting
Polishing level:
A level polishing , 100% handmade polishing ensure the the surface like a mirror, without wavy grain on the surface
Logo dealing: Laser marking/laser engraving, customized accepted
Application: Suit for 15~16m boat
Salt spray testing: Offering 72hrs Salt spray testing , timing can be requested
Specification of fittings: M10 anchor chain, M12 shackle, 12MM rope
Protected Methods: In order to increase of service lifewater, without salt to wash the anchor after using, keep clean without sand ,mud and sea water leave on the surface.
Advantage : Save space, easy installing, compare with delta anchor, it using less length chain , not stucking in the rock when weigh anchoring.
Installing:
1.Through the chain or rope in the end of boat anchor shank
2.First connect a shackle on the anchor base, connect the anchor chain with shackle, then ribbon the left chain from the hole on the end of boat anchor shank
