1. Carlisle Semi-Pneumatic products produced in Jackson, TN manufacturing facility incorporates the latest most efficient semi pneumatic tire & nylon wheel production equipment available today. In addition, Carlisle has developed state of the art assembly stations to insure the service ability of nylon and patented nylon/steel wheel assemblies. From 2015, we rebuilt the Semi-pneumatic tire product line in MZ factory.
2. Each Carlisle designed nylon wheel features a reinforced bore area on the wheel face and a precision bearing pocket to help eliminate failure, and yield longer field performance. Carlisle nylon wheels also feature increased radii on the support wheel ribs for adding strength and durability in rugged conditions.
3. With years of experience in the design and development of Semi-Pneumatic Tire and Wheel Assemblies, Carlisle assists customers in developing products to improve overall field performance.
