(1) Recommended cathode proportion:

* Anhydrous oxalic acid was used to avoid  moisture   absorption  in slurrying and coating. It can reduce pH value of cathode slurry. 
(2) Recommended ambient humidity in slurrying and coating procedures: < 25% (RH., 25 OC).
